What to Bring
How to Get There |
|
|
For each of our trips and excursions you will receive a suggested gear list, but here are our general guidelines:
- Check the weather and dress accordingly. Wear clothing that can get wet. Polyester will keep you warm even when it is wet and will dry quickly.
- Please avoid cotton. It will stay wet and clammy. Even in warm weather you may be cold and uncomfortable.
- Bring a fleece top and nylon or poly wind breaker Consider bringing some running or wind pants.
- Bring a towel and dry clothes to change into before going home.
- Wear water shoes or old tennis shoes. Sandals are not the best choice.
- Bring sunscreen, a hat with a visor, sunglasses with a strap so you won't lose them in the water and lots of water to drink.
- If you have any questions before class please do not hesitate to call us.
