Refund Policy
Activity fees are not prorated for limited participation. Our staff is paid to serve you for the designated time. Extreme weather or water conditions may cause activity to be postponed or rescheduled.
If activity is cancelled by Cutter Aquatics due to insufficient participation or other conditions a full refund will be made.
Individual refund requests for one day activities will be considered up to seven days before the activity start date. A 10% processing fee will be assessed to individual refund requests.
For multi-day activities or trips lasting longer than two days non-refundable deposits are required. Balance of activity fee is due 45 days in advance of the start date. Refund requests will only be considered up to thirty days before the activity start date. Refund processing fees will be assessed on a case by case basis.

We will confirm your place in the class you desire only after receiving payment.
For your convenience, we accept payment via the methods listed below:
- Pay with your credit card via PayPal
- Pay with and electronic funds transfer using PayPal
- Mail a check or money to our contact address
